Is this you? You're unaware of how much money you can save by hiring Konceptuality rather than utilizing an 8-5 in-house employee?

To show a cross-section of the country, provided in the table above is a selection of Median annual salaries for an Administrative Assistant III in the states of California, Iowa, and New York, U.S.A. The right section of the table is a breakdown of anticipated expenditures if you were to choose Konceptuality for your service needs.

The Base rate is provided for your review, as are the additional general wage related costs of SS, pension, 401K, health insurance, and workers compensation. it should be noted that these calculations do not consider vacation pay, sick pay or other such "sundry" expenses like the following:

  • Overhead costs: Say "bye-bye" to this expense when you engage us. Since we operate from a remote location in an office fully operational with the latest occupational machines and software packages, we finance our own utilities, telephone costs, and other associated amenities.
  • Feet on the desk: How do your employees really spend their eight hours when they are with you? You may be surprised to learn that quite often an employee will use a good portion of the work day on activities not related to anything assigned by you -- extended coffee breaks, personal phone and correspondence communiqués, inter-office chit chat, disappearing acts for periods of time, and surfing the internet.
  • Following directions: As experienced and trained individuals we can step in without delay, although a specific venture may generate a brief "getting to know the work" period for us.
  • Daydreaming: There is none for which you pay; you are billed only for the amount of time we are engaged on your assignment.

Let your calculator make a believer out of you!

Did You Know?

A Virtual Assistant in first consultation with a client sometimes hears, "Do I have to hire you permanently?" The short answer is "No!"

In the event you become dissatisfied with our services or us, you are not obligated to continue with the Agreement. We do, however, request that you provide us with a thirty-day (30) written notice prior to terminating that Agreement. We will do the same if we determine that we are not compatible. This is discussed in greater detail in our Contract of Participation.

If you prefer, we can arrange to work with you on a short-term trial basis, say for 10 hours, to help you determine whether we can benefit you. Or, you may rather just contract for 10 hours period.

So what are you waiting for? Now's as good a time as any to contact us!

If you have questions about the terms of the Contract or other aspects of our services, we're just a click away.
